OHST offers removal, proper containerization, and disposal of clearly identified mold-contaminated building materials. Unlike many “fly-by-night” contractors, we are both experienced and certified to properly remove mold-contaminated materials without further contaminating the home, office, or facility. Mold can be harmful to human health whether it is living or dead – so treating a mold infestation with EPA-approved biocides alone is not enough. Improperly treating a mold problem will most likely lead to greater dangers to the affected persons and associated building materials.
